Location You need to join internal training courses in Düsseldorf and the Netherlands and Japan. After the training courses, you work from home and travel on a business trip in European countries.

Employment:

Full-time

  

Tasks:

  • On-site maintenance and repairs of our installed hardware
  • Dealing with challenging customer situations and handling complaints
  • Regular overnight business trip for our customers in European countries, such as Southern Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, etc.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in field service related to electrical and machine tool
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Very good knowledge of English / Other European languages are preferable
  • Participate in internal training courses in Düsseldorf, the Netherlands and Japan

Others:

  • Working hours: 40h/week
  • Paid leave: 30 days per one year
