For our client, a Japanese software sales and marketing company located in Belgium (near Brussels), we are looking for a Software Trainer specialising in SharePoint (preferably the 2013 version). The ideal candidate should have experience of IT user support and user training, and must be comfortable explaining to multiple users how SharePoint administration works.

Main duties:

• Holding training and information seminars for customers about the SharePoint software across multiple divisions and office locations across Europe
• Sharing your knowledge related to the usage and administration of SharePoint, enabling customers to utilise SharePoint at maximum efficiency
• Processing customer questions and enquiries and keeping track of common concerns based on user feedback, working with the team to find effective countermeasures
• Update and create documentation such as user manuals

Required soft skills:

• Good communication skills, comfortable presenting in English
• Service-minded – you like to teach and help others, are able to recognise problems and come up with possible solutions in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and do independent research when necessary
• Willingness to travel to locations across Europe
• Flexible approach and able to support in different relevant roles where required
• Understanding of large Japanese corporate environment and culture is a plus but not mandatory
